Check these in order:
This usually means the device is under heavy load:
For the lowest latency:
Sometimes the detected BPM is half or double the actual tempo. This is common with tracks that have ambiguous rhythms.
Fix: Go to the SYNC page and tap the BPM value. Use the x2 or /2 buttons to double or halve the BPM. You can also tap the correct tempo manually.
This can happen when the BPM detection is slightly off (e.g., 127.95 vs 128.00).
Fix: Tap the deck's BPM to open the tempo editor. Round to a whole number (e.g., 128.0) or adjust by small increments until the drift stops.
The beat grid shows beat 1 (the downbeat) with a thicker line. If it's placed on the wrong beat:
Fix: Go to the SYNC page. Listen for the first beat of a bar (usually the kick emphasis). Tap TAP exactly on that beat to set the downbeat.
Jog sensitivity can be adjusted:
If your controller isn't in our factory mapping list, some controls may not be mapped.
Fix: Use MIDI Learn to manually assign controls. Go to Settings → MIDI → MIDI Learn, tap the on-screen control, then move the physical control.
Stem separation uses the Neural Engine which is fastest on Apple Silicon.
Enable Pre-analyze library in Settings to process stems in advance.
AI separation isn't perfect. Quality varies by track:
Try adjusting the stem volume instead of muting completely — small artifacts are less noticeable when blended.
